Thanks to one of my design blogs, I stumbled across photographer Phillip Toledano's emotional scrapbook/photographic journey of his time with his 98-year-old father, who suffers from short-term memory loss.

The pictures are beautifully done with great care to showing all of his father's age and wisdom...and all of the sad moments. Plus, his commentary only compliments the photographs, which talk about his father's humor, how he wishes he would die, and telling his father everyday that his wife is gone.

All in all, this is one of the best photographic journeys I have stumbled upon. I found myself choking back tears numerous times, but maybe that's because my beloved 81-year-old grandfather was just diagnosed with Alheizmer's and I'm starting to realize some of the same things that Toledano is.

Please tell me what you think of this collection.
